The Bird Show lands on a new home: the beautifully landscaped Amphitheatre at the Malagos Garden Resort! The wind has changed a lot – literally and figuratively – since it first blew beneath the wings of the bird cast. A decade passed, and Dr. Bo is on top of a fresh idea…
Recognizing the innovative mass communication opportunity of the bird show, Dr Bo now ventures into a new theme to tackle Climate Change and Disaster Risk Mitigation concepts, which are current environmental scenarios. His feathered friends, and the Bird Show crew are up to the challenge. Together, they are going to impart new knowledge about issues that affect our surroundings at present, natural or man-made. Ways to alleviate the risks, and lessen the ecological impact, will be presented from a different perspective. More astonishingly, these will be performed by an unlikely source of learning due to their very own vulnerability to the dangers the issues pose – the stars of the show themselves, the birds!
