What makes the food at Malagos Garden Resort special is we grow it ourselves. We grow our own Ostrich, Pheasant, Duck, Goat, Lamb, Mushroom and Vegetables, among others. How you want it cooked is up to you.
We process our own ‘Bignay” Fruit Wine (our Bignay Berries are grown and manufactured into wine right inside the Resort), a wide selection of Cheese (made from 100% goat’s milk taken from our Anglo Nubian goats raised & fed with organically grown roughage & dessicated coconuts for a richer milk production), and a lot more.
