On Integrated Farming. The Golden Sunset Farm adjacent to the resort is continuously developing its facilities. On horticultural crops, it has coconuts, cacao and assorted fruit trees. It also has different field crops, vegetables and forage grasses. For livestock, it produes hybrid goats, milking cows, horses, turkeys and koi fish. On farm processing, it is into organic fertilizer production and vermi culture (or worm culture) for fertilizer. On food processing, it is a BFAD registered manufacturer of Virgin Coconut Oil and Cream. It also processes native chocolate (tableya) , native vinegar, fresh cow’s milk and fresh goat’s milk. Its newest product is the Malagos Fruit Wine, made from Bignay grown in the Resort, as well as cheeses of different varieties (feta, mozzarella, blue cheese and others) from Goat’s milk. It also makes its’ own Soap and Aromatheraphy Oils and Lotions derived from Virgin Coconut Oil processed right inside the Resort.
