Executive Villas

The warm and welcoming atmosphere of Executive Villas is just enough reason to get all cozy and roomy. Featuring one master bedroom and one twin bedroom, this villa is perfect for coworkers and an intimate circle of friends looking to spend quality weekends. The villa has a common lounge where guests may enjoy a panoramic view and listen to the soothing waters of the Malagos Creek.

The common lounge is the best place for small talk and discussion. The ambiance of the area could easily sooth the mood of everyone to peace and agreement. Anyone could easily get attracted to this atmosphere. Plus a dip in a Davao City swimming pool resort makes a big difference.

There are two executive villas available named Mussaenda and Mariposa. Each Villa has a normal capacity of 4 people. We may also add 2 extra mattresses if needed. Making it a maximum capacity of 6 people for each executive villa.

Function Rooms

We have 7 functions rooms around our park in Davao City. Depending on how many you are and how much space is needed for the event we can find a way for it. 

Corral Pavilion 

This is the largest function room we have available. It is as wide as 500 square meters with a normal capacity of 600 people with chairs only. Adding tables will decrease the capacity to 400. It still is a large number.

Santol Pavilion

This function hall is as wide as 375 square meters. Chairs only could accommodate 250 people. With tables the maximum accommodation would be 150 people only.

Durian Pavilion 

This function hall is alfresco and as wide as 215 square meters. Chairs only could accommodate 150 people. With tables the maximum accommodation would be 100 people only.

Medenilla Hall 

This function hall is as wide as 72 square meters. Chairs could only accommodate 90people. With tables the maximum accommodation would be 70 people only.

Roberto’s Cafe

Roberto's garden is the common place for wedding ceremonies that could accommodate as much as 100 people. It is a perfect place for team building activities to keep everyone’s spirit alive and pumping.

Pakpak Lawin Hall 

This function hall is as wide as 80 square meters. Chairs only could accommodate 90 people. With tables the maximum accommodation would be 70 people only.

Music Lounge 

The music lounge is relatively secluded and only for a small group. There always are tables in here since food could easily be brought in here from the kitchen. 15 people could maximize the space here.

There is enough room for everyone and different spaces available for your preference. These details are all true before health restriction.
