Malagos Chocolate Fountain

Cream Puff

A sweet pastry made with a choux pastry dough that is baked to form small dome shaped puffs. The outer crust is golden tan and somewhat brittle after being baked while the inner crumb is dense and fluffy. The dough used to make Cream Puffs is the same dough that is used to make éclairs, gougeres and profiteroles.

With the usual recipe for making the pastry puffs we make it extra special using our signature Malagos Chocolate that is dispersed evenly throughout the mixture. They display a glossy appearance but not a moist or wet look. We are aware that too much moisture in the dough will not allow the crumb to be light and airy. Try it over the chocolate fountain to experience the best combo in our dessert bar.

 

Malagos Tableya Cake

An 8 inches Malagos Tablea Cake made out of Malagos Chocolate is undoubtedly another outstanding gourmet food ready to be served. The tableas add a richer chocolate taste, as well as toasted, nutty, earthy undertones, to an otherwise bland chocolate cake.

Apart from having a distinct degree of chocolate taste, this recipe is also extremely moist. It remains that way for days! When you're desiring something sweet, keep the cake in the fridge and cut a slice to reheat in the microwave on low for a few seconds.
