The Philippine Drongo-Cuckoo (𝘚𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘴) is just one of the birds found and identified to be spotted in Malagos. It belongs to the family of cuckoos and is only found in the Philippines. A distinguishable characteristic is its glossy blue-black plumage - a beauty captured by Mr. Julius Paner of Big Year Davao. Big Year Davao is a group of bird enthusiasts who help the Malagos Garden Resort further its efforts on conservation and preservation of birds and wildlife.
