The commandments have been rewritten. That’s pretty much a straightforward way of putting it.

For us to save lives from this pandemic we need to follow the new set of rules enforced by health experts and our government. It’s been weeks since we have subscribed to this new lifestyle and some of us are still having trouble getting the hang of it. Self-care is very important during this time. Weeks into this quarantine, we realize that it’s harder to keep track of our time and productivity. Don’t forget to establish a routine that will help remind you of the basics:
