As we remain focused on the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues, we have implemented a number of rigorous cleaning and safety protocols. Rest at ease where your peace of mind is guaranteed. Here are the specific actions that our team has taken for your safety:

• Frequent cleaning of public places, guest room surfaces, high traffic areas

• Enhanced food safety and hygiene protocols

• Prominent placements of sanitizing areas and foot baths throughout the resort

• Strict temperature checks in resort entry points for both colleagues and guests

• Removal of some high-touch items in the suites and villas

• Managed buffet set-up with wait staff stationed at every dish to assist with food serving

• Prominent placements of COVID-19 safety signage, social distancing stickers, and other health and safety information materials throughout the resort

• Temporary suspension of park activities and shows that entail close contact

• Disinfection and safety kits readily provided in all suites and villas including face masks, tissue rolls, and hand sanitizers

• Requirement to use face masks and face shields at all times for all guests and colleagues when moving around the public areas of the resort

• Knock-and-go contactless room service

• Reconfiguration of function hall set-ups

• Provision for more alfresco dining areas for safe social distancing measures
